HOW IT WORKS

Pre-work
Team members complete brief online surveys and exercises in the Wires Uncrossed Engineering (WUE) application to evaluate maturity and gather experiences.

Workshop Format
Facilitator-led session using the Hierarchy of Engineering Needs (HoEN) to pinpoint system constraints and decide on future investments. We’ll evaluate current maturity, prioritise focus areas, and draft a clear roadmap for Now, Next, and Later.
